Shipping Info

In-stock items will be shipped within 1-4 working days via Australia Post. Print to order items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.

If you need something quickly, just email: hello@stephaniechambers.com before you place the order and I will arrange it :)

Shipping Options:

Domestic
Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate $9.50. Once your order is shipped, you'll get an email confirmation from us with a tracking number (if available). Delivery within Australia normally takes 2-7 business days to arrive.

International
Standard international shipping may vary. Currently shipping within North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Returns/Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable on products that have arrived damaged or are significantly different from the description or the photograph. For any returns or exchanges please be sure to email hello@stephaniechambers.com before you ship your package back to me so I know to expect it.

Return/exchange are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. No returns/exchanges will be processed after this time.

We do not provide refund or exchange for change of mind. And we do not provide any refunds or exchanges for items purchased at a market. Sale items and some specials items are final sale and will be marked as such.

To return/exchange an item:

1. Email me reason/proof and wait for confirmation. Please return your item(s) to the return address on your envelope. Include any original paperwork with the order and note down the key details or keep a copy for yourself.

2. Once item(s) have been received and reviewed, refund will be processed of the cost of the product(s) to you or issue an exchange. Shipping costs excluded.

3. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card you used to pay originally. There are no exceptions to this.
